Are you one of the early adopters holding onto a Pre-Punk ENS name? It’s time to uncover where your digital identity stands in the annals of Ethereum history. With the new tool available here on JaesTips, you can now easily find out your ENS name’s ranking.
What’s the Buzz About Pre-Punk ENS Names? Pre-Punk ENS names are those special Ethereum Name Service domains registered between May 9, 2017, and June 23, 2017. They’re not just names; they’re a piece of blockchain history, showcasing the early days of decentralized naming on Ethereum.
Why Rank Matters:
- Historical Context: Knowing your rank gives you a unique insight into how early your involvement was in the ENS ecosystem.
- Exclusivity: A lower rank could mean your ENS name is rarer, potentially increasing its value or prestige within the community.
- Community Engagement: It’s a fantastic way to connect with fellow Web3 enthusiasts over shared interests in digital identity.
How to Check Your Rank:
- Visit the Site: Navigate to the Vision Pre Punk Rank Checker that I have developed. If you’re on mobile, using landscape mode might enhance your experience.
- Enter Your ENS Name: Type in your Pre-Punk ENS name to see where it stands. If you have an PrePunk ethmoji, you can use the namehash (begins with 0x) to find that rank (debugging data at moment)
- Share Your Findings: Join the conversation on X, share your rank, and see how you compare with others in the community.
Support the Innovators: This tool was made possible thanks to @ensvision’s data and realising the gap left by the Dune list being no longer active. Show your support by following them and reposting to spread the word. Tools like these enrich our understanding and interaction with the blockchain space.
Whether you’re in it for the nostalgia, the community, or the potential value, checking your Pre-Punk ENS name’s rank adds another layer of engagement to your digital identity. Dive in, discover your rank, and wear it as a badge of honor in the ever-evolving world of Web3!
